Kom jij samen met ons organisaties en gebouwen verduurzamen? Censo is een club energieke professionals die klaar staan om zakelijk Nederland te verduurzamen. Onze focus ligt op het energieverbruik van organisaties en gebouwen maar daarnaast hebben we ook de kennis en intrinsieke motivatie om op andere vlakken organisaties volledig te kunnen verduurzamen. Dit doen we met bijna 200 kennisprofessionals vanuit verschillende locaties in een breed aantal sectoren en voor verschillende soorten bedrijven en overheden. We zijn daarom op zoek naar een Functioneel beheerder voor de ontwikkeling van Dynamics 365 en PowerPlatform.

Hier ga je aan bijdragen

Binnen Censo maken wij gebruik van Microsoft Dynamics365 als backoffice en breiden wij dit momenteel uit met PowerApps ter ondersteuning onze teams. Als applicatiebeheerder en ontwikkelaar voor deze applicatie speel je een cruciale rol bij het invullen van onze ambities. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de optimalisatie van MS Dynamics 365 en andere bedrijfsapplicaties, met een focus op het oplossen van knelpunten, het implementeren van changes en het initiëren van nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen de Microsoft 365-omgeving. Daarnaast zal je nauw samenwerken met diverse stakeholders om de behoeften van de organisatie te begrijpen en te vervullen.

Dit zijn een aantal van jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Je beheert MS Dynamics 365 en andere bedrijfsapplicaties binnen het PowerPlatform van Microsoft om de operationele processen te optimaliseren. Beheren, continueren en innoveren van deze omgeving;
• Je gaat knelpunten en issues oplossen;
• Je gaat changes, releases en updates doorvoeren;
• Je initiëert nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen de MS PowerPlatform omgeving;
• Je gaat schakelen met diverse stakeholders.

Dit ben jij

• Je beschikt over een HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een ICT-gerelateerde richting;
• Je hebt aantoonbare kennis en praktische ervaring met het Power-Platform en Microsoft 365 CE (Sales, Service en Marketing);
• Je hebt ervaring met document generatie software zoals Smartflows of Documizers;
• Je hebt een aangeboren leergierigheid, omdat de IT-wereld voortdurend evolueert en wij waarderen teamleden die bereid zijn om voortdurend bij te blijven en zichzelf te verbeteren;
• Je bent altijd op de hoogte van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen om onze IT-activiteiten voorop te houden;
• Je bent flexibel genoeg om af en toe op andere Censo-locaties te werken;
• Je hebt een passie voor verduurzaming!

Uit onderzoek blijkt dat sommigen pas solliciteren als ze zich 100% in deze omschrijving herkennen, terwijl anderen dit al bij 60% doen. Ons advies is om bij twijfel gewoon te reageren.

Here's what you will be contributing to

At Censo, we utilize Microsoft Dynamics365 as our back office, and we are currently expanding this with PowerApps to support our teams. As an application manager and developer for this application, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling our ambitions. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing MS Dynamics 365 and other business applications, with a focus on troubleshooting, implementing changes, and initiating new developments within the Microsoft 365 environment. Additionally, you will work closely with various stakeholders to understand and fulfill the organization's needs.

Here are some of your responsibilities:

• Managing MS Dynamics 365 and other business applications within the Microsoft Power Platform to optimize operational processes. This includes managing, sustaining, and innovating this environment.
• Resolving issues and bottlenecks.
• Implementing changes, releases, and updates.
• Initiating new developments within the MS Power Platform environment.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders.

This is you

• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education, preferably in an IT-related field.
• You have demonstrable knowledge and practical experience with the Power Platform and Microsoft 365 CE (Sales, Service, and Marketing).
• You have experience with document generation software such as Smartflows or Documizers.
• You have an innate curiosity because the IT world is constantly evolving, and we value team members who are willing to stay updated and improve themselves continually.
• You are always up-to-date with the latest developments to keep our IT operations ahead.
• You are flexible enough to occasionally work at other Censo locations.
• You have a passion for sustainability!
